Co-Founder and CEO of BluIP, a Las Vegas based global, Unified Hosted Communication Service provider, with Offices in Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA, Denver CO, Manila Philippines, and Yerevan Armenia. He has over 25 years of experience in Strategy, Growth Hacking, making IT profit center for large multination global organizations. BluIP customers include RLH, Netflix, Marriott, Hilton, AT&T and other major national brands.
Prior to BluIP, Armen built and sold large India based software development companies, and had various executive roles from CTO, to President at both private and public companies. Other experience includes several years collaborating with Deloitte Consulting Group working with companies such as Microsoft, Callaway Golf, and Nestle. Armen is an active Angel investor and advisor to a number of US and Armenia based startups.
Edwin has a wide range of experience supporting telecommunication networks, worldwide. In his role at BluIP, Edwin oversees operational functions related to engineering, customer onboarding and accounting. Prior to BluIP, Edwin owned and managed a telecommunications network company, as well as holding titles as Broker, Controller and Auditor for firms throughout the United States.
April Weatherly has more than 15 years of diverse hospitality management and contact center management experience along with in-depth system experience supporting the industry.
Most recently, April was the Sr. Director of Telephony Optimization and Data Analytics for RLH Corporation, supporting telephony, artificial intelligence development, call flow interface setup, offshoring development and efforts, contact center management and data analytics and management. April has supported multiple areas and departments within the organization ranging from distribution and central reservation systems, information technology, data services, revenue management and hotel onboarding.
Prior to RLH Corp, Weatherly was the Sr. Director of Operations for Customer Direct, a contact center based out of St. Louis, Missouri for over 11 years, directly following several years with Convergys, Corp. During her tenure at Customer Direct, April oversaw operational efforts related to WFM, employment, call center strategies and efficiencies and systemic process development.
The Marriott Enterprise Sales Professional, John has worked with BluIP for over 7 years. Since joining, he has been responsible for managing large-scale enterprises and efforts related to the hospitality, medical, education and financial industry. John has a proven track record of not only selling, designing and deploying these verticals but also creating packages and solutions that meet his customers’ needs. John’s main focus is Hospitality, Contact Center and Artificial Intelligence.

Jeff joined BluIP in May of 2015 and has been with the company for over five years now.
Jeff is a seasoned cloud service professional, product leader, and solutions architect with over 25 years in the communications and IT industry. For the last two and half years, he has been using this expertise to help pioneer the development and deployment of intelligent virtual agent solutions to our customers across North America.
Shon has been developing and growing premise and hosted Contact Center Experience for over 20+ years with a strong focus on the enterprise market. He has worked with company leaders to reposition businesses to adapt to new markets, while also developing innovative and profitable business solutions.
Cory joined BluIP in 2010 to assist in the Engineering efforts in hospitality telecommunications. With BluIP, Cory supports new customers with voice, routing, setup and artificial intelligence while also creating testing mediums to ensure appropriate and successful deployments. Cory has been supporting the telecommunications industry for over 15 years and brings dynamic and diverse experience to the team.
Mark Horton is the Director of Engineering for BluIP. He has led the company's engineering and network operations teams in developing a stable, maximum uptime cloud infrastructure supporting a diverse suite of applications and services for BluIP. Mark's responsibility reach includes the overall network/core infrastructure health and development, carrier management and expansion, as well as client support and the Network Operations Center. He focuses on providing the best customer experience to every client and has developed company-wide systems to maximize overall platform stability and uptime.
Prior to joining BluIP in 2010, Mark was the Head of Solutions Architecture for a successful Las Vegas-based cloud services company where he managed all aspects of sales engineering and technical customer engagement.
